Stripes' Ultimate Full Fatigue Effects and Regeneration

About:

Fatigue has always been important in MW but its effects run in the background without any
real interaction to the player other than a green meter. This mod aims for more immersive
feedback and realism to add to your game, integrated with real time regeneration.

This mod integrates and replaces my previous mods: Immersive Fatigue with Timescale Friendly
Purists Health and Magicka Regeneration, with added weather effects and fade out and collapse
after you run out of fatigue.


Features:
-Fatigue ratio boosts/drains your running/swimming speed and jumping height
-Fade out and collapse after you run out of fatigue.
-Health and Magicka Regeneration reduced by low fatigue
-Harsh weather slightly increases fatigue drain


Feature Details:

Fatigue Boost/Drain:

-Basically you run faster and jump higher with full fatigue
and get slower and jump lower the less fatigue you have.

>=90 Surge - fortify athletics acrobatics 30 feather 5 fortify speed 10
>=80 <90 Vigor - fortify athletics acrobatics 20 feather 4
>=70 <80 Swift - fortify athletics acrobatics 10 feather 3
>=60 <70 Stride - fortify athletics acrobatics 5 feather 2
>=50 <60 Pace - fortify athletics acrobatics 1 feather 1
>=40 <50 Hindered - drain athletics acrobatics 1 burden 2
>=40 <30 Winded - drain athletics acrobatics 5 burden 4
>=30 <20 Fatigued - drain athletics acrobatics 10 burden 6
>=20 <10 Winded - drain athletics acrobatics 20 burden 8
<10 Exhausted - drain athletics acrobatics 30 burden 10 drain speed 10


Collapse:
-After you reach 0 fatigue you start to fade out
-Fade out slowly stacks blind effects to warn you that your character is about to collapse
-If you gain fatigue by normal regeneration or magic before fade out is complete it is cancelled
-Fade out will not black out your screen (unless you're stacked with other blind effects)
-Endurance determines how long it takes to recover from a collapse.


Regeneration:
-Realtime Magicka regeneration (((INT*0.15)per gamehour) * Fatigue Ratio)
-Realtime Health regeneration (((END*0.10)per gamehour) * Fatigue Ratio)
-Realtime regeneration automatically adjusts to time scale
-Regenerates health and magicka while waiting
-Disables scripted health regeneration during fast travel so doesnt double up with vanilla healing
-Disables all scripted regeneration during rest so doesnt double up with vanilla healing
-Disables health regeneration if player becomes a vampire
-Disables magicka regeneration if player has the atronach birthsign

Maximum fatigue and therefore fatigue ratio is calculated by attributes, therefore
fortify fatigue effects can boost regeneration speed when at full fatigue.

Weather:
Harsh weather adds burden to simulate extra weight from dust or water
Effects are slight and simple so you can still use other weather effects mods alongside
-Rain - burden 5
-Thunderstorm - burden 6-9
-Snow - burden 5
-Blizzard - burden 6-9
-AshStorm - burden 5
-Blightstorm - burden 6-9
