This is a different take on Magicka regeneration mods. Instead of using a script to factor in a number of variables and modify the current Magicka of the character, this mod uses a very simple and light script that adds Restore Magicka Abilities, based on the Willpower of the character.
You need at least 50 Willpower to gain 1 point of Restore Magicka Ability; below that or with "Stunted Magicka" you won't regain any. The regeneration upgrades to 2 points at 80 Willpower, 3 at 100, etc.; see Readme for a full description.
The script does take temporary increases/decreases of Willpower into account, as well as Costant Effect items boosting Willpower and other such effects. Variations are only checked for every 5 seconds, so the mod has a negligible impact on performance.
