Better fitting cobblestone color for Lougian's Landscape Retexture.

The color of the original looks too shiny for my taste. This will lower the saturation. Regarding color, I may improve it further.
At least in Balmora, the cobblestone will also look a bit more incorporated into the surrounding area.
This is especially useful if my ReShade is used.
