    Could you please do a version for OpenMW with the Lua scripts?

      It's impossible until OpenMW supports MWSE-Lua.

      That's why personally I still don't use OpenMW: there are too many good MWSE-Lua mods here and I just cannot refuse to use them.

    A very nice addition to the Map and Compass mod. I'd also like to see the option to use the full version of the map (especially because of fast travel routes) but this will do.

    Wonderful maps, thanks! Endorsed!
    The only thing is, I don't know why, but the map of Cyrodiil is blank in my game due to some error, although the mapCyrodiil.tga file opens correctly in Windows.
    Yet it should be mentioned that if the Map and Compass mod has been just installed and has been never activated in the game previously, then, instead of changing Map and Compass.json file, you should browse to Morrowind/Data Files/MWSE/mods/Map and Compass folder, open there config.lua file in any simple text editor (such as Notepad++ for example) and change the second line to
    mapPacks = {"mapsWagner", "mapsOutlander", "mapsGridmap",},
    because Map and Compass.json file has not yet been generated by the game.

      I will look into potential problems with the Cyrodiil map, and also add a note to the readme that you should run the game first, and open and close the MCM to get the config to show up.

      I looked into the Cyrodiil map, and I didn't have any problem getting it to show up in game. Try re-downloading the mod and re-installing.

      OK, I'll try and follow your advice. Thank you once more and my apologies for bothering you in vain!

      No worries. I have been known to make mistakes, so I am glad you reported it, even if I couldn't replicate it.

      I've found what caused me trouble with Cyrodiil map: too large size of the mapCyrodiil.tga file, 8192 x 4096 pixels, when the sizes of other maps don't exceed 4096 pxls. I've halved it to 4096 x 2048 pxls (as the size of the mapSkyrim.tga file is, for example) and voila - finally the map of Cyrodiil shows up correctly in the game!

      Huh. I am not sure why it would show up correctly on my system and not yours.

      Who knows, it might be almost everything, because my laptop is old and crappy as hell. But I'm glad to be able to resolve the problem with your awesome mod, thanks for it once again!
