A Fair Way To Remove The Blinding Effect From The Boots Of Blinding Speed, Which Can Be Done By Visiting The Enchanter In The Balmora Mages Guild. You can either remove the enchantment for 10 000 gold or, if you have a high disposition with her, for only 5 000 gold. This Is My First Mod, So I'm Open To All Feedback. :)
