******New version using MWSE Lua is HERE which cuts down the number of menus by less than 1/2 and puts it all into one book(or none depending on which file you use).
Some Telvanni mages have acquired very rare Tomes (total 4 books) that are able to teleport you to pretty much anywhere. All 4 tomes are locked up in different Telvanni Towers. After reading them from your inventory the 1st time just equip again and exit your inventory to open the menu of places. Between all 4 books there is a total of 550 options you can go to including mines, grottoes, shrines, barrows, cites(multiple spots in the 4 main cities), caves, camps, shipwrecks, and just about anywhere else.
Most will put you just inside of the interior of said place with a few exceptions like cities. Some places like grottoes and shipwrecks can put you underwater, and some might mess with quests if going there before you are supposed to. Akulakhan's Chamber is blocked until the main quest is finished, but that is the ONLY one. All others can be used anytime, so it's up to you if somewhere is visited prematurely.
