For anyone with the older versions, Here is a number of fixes and the versions the issues are fixed one. Fixes:

Darn it, wish I could use this with Beautiful Cities of Morrowind but major conflict there in Gnisis turned my hope unpractical, even with HotV patch. (BCoM is supposed to degrade the original mods a bit to balance the performance.)

No offense but "Everyone" Hasn't created the mod, you should be letting the mod Author know about the problem.
Ps 50% of mods arent compatible with rebirth and the doors problem will be fixed.
Also by the way the problem could be on your end and to do with your load order, Also this has not come up as a problem unless someone else comes out and tells me the same, alot of things could be the problem my mod not being that problem. one of my testers would load out of the interiors and doors would float even tho the mods fine and the doors are fine.
After having really weird behavior in Arvs Drelen in Gnisis with the HOTV Gnisis "patch" installed, I went to check with both MWEdit and Enchanted Editor: the patch for HOTV is actually a replacer .esp for the original Velothi Towers Expanded Overhaul.esp, so in case use just one.... (I was confused, because usually replacers have the same name of the plugin they have to substitute...a "patch" instead is a 3rd file that fix conflicts between two plugins)
My impression of this mod is that once you’ve seen one Velothi tower, you’ve seen them all. Unfortunately, the only interesting details I found are the ones which were there in vanilla (I will exclude the Aundae Clan Chapel from this statement, that interior was pretty neat). Right now you just go into one room, see some praying statues, maybe a crystal. And then the next room is a repeat with the same architectural features copy/pasted into it. Anything that doesn't fall into that mold is actually vanilla content. If just one tower did this and the others varied in style, that would be one thing, but this carries into every single tower. It feels repetitive and formulaic with no purpose. I've seen how well you can detail living areas in your Telvanni tower mods. I would have liked to see the interiors tell a story of why the inhabitants are there, how do they live, what might the back story of the tower itself be? Those sorts of things. I feel like this mod was approached like one would a cavern overhaul but instead of slapping rocks and mushrooms everywhere, it's statues and pillars.
I can confirm their placed i even remember placing the sphere and daedroth, Unless something happened but i for sure remember adding them, I never deleted them just moved them to the new redone parts of the interior.
one more thing you might like to know (or maybe not:)) Max Windowsglow still very widely used mod and its completely incompatible with this one.. not that just doesn't work well a little - max meshes simply block the way up, at least in a couple of places, maybe more.. even those familiar with the CS will not immediately understand what caused the mess (I personally froze for half an hour:)) and the rest will understand never)) so if you are not going to make a patch or just include max scripts in your mod - it would be better to let them know on the description page
I have no idea what that is but i will let people know its not compatible, Quick question does it kick the player out of the interior and into the void, i had a friend test the mod before i uploaded it and he had a problem with loading outside of the interior and doors floating even tho everything was okay.

Max`s mod replace static model in_velothismall_dome_01 with two corresponding activators.. and as you touch and change position of in_velothismall_dome_01 in your mod - all three of them will be there and in different positions for obvious reasons, no matter what load order is
as for your friend - he definitely has something affecting later in load order, miracles do not happen in this world.. maybe he will try to load your mod last?.. if it concerns objects tespcdv should show where the conflict is.. some references should be deleted somewhere :))
