First and foremost: dirty GMSTs: clean it before using. Also has a lot of other dirty edits.
Besides that, models are well made, better than the other available sabers mod, and I can understand your english. Also, seeing the vanilla values, this mod has solid balancing in damages, values, health. Just some enchanted variants should have improved selling value, but nothing serious. It's obvious you cared to compare the stats and make them alike to vanilla counterparts. The leveled lists, at least from the info file are ok and make sense.
You just needed to organize better the readme/info file with the mod name in the file's name AND put it inside Docs folder. Plus, what is the meta.ini was blank, but it's hardly necessary.
So, kudos for the first mod, and if you continue this mod adding the quests it'd be nice.
