UPDATE AVAILABLE! -- This mod adds a Breton trader named Ysanna to Balmora outside the Pawnbroker's shop. She carries 60,000 bartering gold and can sell and buy armor, clothing, potions, repair items, misc items, weapons, etc..

There are no more issues with this NPC's inventory, so you can now buy more items than were available in the first version.
I also added some crates and lil bags to go behind her stand to help make the space look less empty behind her since her stall needed to be moved.
Check out the contents, just some nice lil baggies with gold for you all!
