Description -
This is a mod that makes Balmora bigger; my aim is to expand the city to a more epic scale and hopefully tell a story using the environment. Every building added will have a hand-made interior. Assets used are from Tamriel-Data. Also recommend installing with Brevur of Balmora statue mod.
It's not finished. The exterior is not quite done (mostly detail work needed) and no interiors or NPCs yet. If anyone is willing to help out, I'd be more than welcoming of a helping hand.
Compatibility -
Haven't tested much but will figure out once I'm further in.
