This would also make a good companion mod.

Thanks for bringing this mod to my attention! It has been added to the Recommended Mods section on the Description page.

Great mod My character dislikes restoration, Ironically he has no other way other then sleeping or chugging rare potions to regenerate health so I constantly go for big rests like Gandalf the Grey!

Edit: I find that I use recall more often when i'm about to die so I never die.

I hope you enjoy it. As a new player, I suggest that you do not enable the Azura option, as that one dumps you in the middle of no-where.

Thanks for the heads up but If i die i'm gonna flagrate my eyes out :p

Edit: BTW it's mandatory to play this game with this mod and Restrictive Saving, RP excuse for your character to hate Restoration school, Harder Barter, Controlled Consumption & No More Air Supremacy.

This is great! I've been looking for a mod like this. I do wish that there was an option to decrease skills instead of attributes, though. That's how TES3MP handles death: when you die, it penalizes you as if you've spent a configurable number of days in jail. (Defaults to 5 days.) I've been quite enjoying that mechanic.

I feel like permanently lowering attributes is a little too painful, especially when using alternative leveling mods. I still use Galsiah's Character Development, and for me, it's not that raising attributes back up would be hard, but it's more like, something that just happens. Raising attributes with GCD feels out of my control, which I suppose is the point. And having attributes lowered for the most part feels like a much more abstract penalty than having skills lowered. Bethesda chose to lower skills as a penalty for jail time, and I think it's a mechanic that works pretty well. It's like, you're suddenly worse at these specific things, and it's going to cost you time or money, but you can for sure raise them back up. With attributes, it's not as clear-cut.

Just my two cents though. Nice mod!

I agree. jail penalty would be preferable to loss of attributes.

Thank you for the suggestion. I should be able to include this as a configurable option in v1.1. It may be a little while, because I am waiting for a new feature in MWSE that will make the mod more reliable and performance friendly.
