Adds 3 cut splash screens in widescreen resolution.

Widescreen Splash Replacer by nzdawghaus is missing the 3 splash screens cut by Bethesda (Alit, Cliff Racer, Steam Centurion), so I edited those to match the resolution of the rest.
Installation:
Put the .tga files in the "Morrowind/Data FIles/Splash" folder. Remove to uninstall.
