This mod edits various pieces of clutter throughout Caius's house to leave with him. Now it is possible to legally use his residence as your own-once he has left.

After Caius leaves all of his personal belongings to leave with him. Including clutter and all of his owned storage, with the exception of the small jewelry box on his shelf. His main chest is replaced with an unowned high capacity chest. Now you can live out your dreams being a filthy kajitt skooma den living criminal-legally!
