This mod implements Health and Magicka regeneration using the same regeneration rates from TES V Skyrim.
* HP:
In Combat: 0.5% of Total Health Per Second
Outside Combat: 0.7% of Total Health Per Second
* Magicka:
In Combat: 1% of Total Magicka Per Second
Outside Combat 3% of Total Magicka Per Second
Atronach Birthsign stops Magicka Regeneration.
The Player is "In Combat" when it has unsheathed his Weapon or if It's ready to cast a spell, if Player is not doing that, then it counts as "Outside Combat".
Installation:
Just drop the .ESP file into your Data Folder.
I grant usage of this mod to anyone, you can use, modify and redistribute this mod.
