Sleep Prevents UNwanted Tiredness

A health and magicka regeneration mod based on fatigue and integrated with attribute debuffs and regeneration penalties for not sleeping

About:
Based off my previous mod REFResH, Restoration Effect: Fatigue REStores Healh, and its optional addon HARM, Health Affects Restoring Magicka.
However with those mods installed theres no reason to sleep other than for leveling up. I used other mods for sleep penalties but I wanted to integrate sleep penalties to affect the regeneration rate directly. And so I did.

Details:
Health and Magicka regenerates based on your fatigue and health ratios.
So the lower your fatigue and/or health the slower you regenerate At no fatigue there is no regeneration.  Also being tired will slow down the rate of regeneration, with several tiers of tiredness the longer you go without sleep, with the highest tiers slowing regeneration to practically none.

Being tired not only slows regeneration, but also debuffs all your attributes except luck.

The default number of hours you need to sleep each day is 6, but can be changed with a configuration menu activated by equipping a unique pillow automatically added to your inventory.

You can also adjust the rate of regeneration by using the above mentioned configuration menu.

Sleep Heals Injuries Too

When you take severe damage you become injured.
Injury is minor debuff to strength and agility with weakness to common disease.

There are 5 tiers of injury (non stacking) that scale by the severity of your damage taken.
What this means is if you have a tier 1 injury and recieve another tier1 injury it won't stack
to a tier2 injury, tiers are factored only by health ratio at this time.

The only way to heal this injury is by sleeping and being fully rested.

I kept the debuffs minor so can be used with Bodily Injuries by Ian. With his mod
injuries are healed by restoring health, so healing potions and sleep will heal you,
and with SPUNT health regeneration you can actually just "walk it off"
