About this mod
Adds street lamps and a few other thematic features to Balmora. Compatible with Concept Art Balmora and many smaller Balmora related mods, and obviously my own Balmora Docks District.

+ Street lamps. Many, many street lamps. Especially in the nicer parts of town, and near the bridges across the Odai. Labor Town gets to suffer in darkness since it's not profitable for House Hlaalu to light that side of town.
+ Hlaalu style archway into High Town for added grandeur when entering. Looks especially good with the Brevur Statue mod.
+ A natural stone arch covered in moss over Caius Coscade's house, to give more hidden skooma den vibes.
+ Scenic water spout added between Temple and High Town for even more grandeur, and an implication of working sewage/waterworks. Tapping from the same source as the mountainy area north of Balmora that the Odai River Sources mod adds water falls to. Meant to complement Brevur's statue mod and add more of a watery Balmora feel to that part of town.
+ No landscape changes in this version, for compatibility.
Compatibility:
Designed for compatibility with various mods including: Balmora Docks District, Concept Art Balmora (Vanilla Trees tested), Brother Juniper's Ashlander Traders, PC Clothier Balmora, the Stinkers 3.0 bathhouse, Brevur's Statue, Odai River Sources, Stav's Mages Guild, Main Quest Enhancers, Animated Morrowind Expanded, and probably more mods I can't remember off of the top of my head. Please let me know if you find anything I missed within a mod on this list.
Incompatible with Kilcunda's Balmora & Walled City of Balmora, and probably others, but those for sure, as there are many visual clashes and some overlapping meshes that look weird. Still, with not toooooo much work, you could probably make either of them compatible yourself, if really you're dead set on it.
More Info:
This is a reduced version of a private Balmora mod I've been working on for the last few months (off and on), while I procrastinate about looking into permissions for releasing the whole thing. If I release that I'll still keep this lite version around for those that want it as an addon for the original Concept Art Balmora, or because they primarily want the lamps. This will be helpful if there are people that want to use Balmora Docks District, but also want the streetlamps to be everywhere else in Balmora too, as well as for more theme. It's also for people who use Concept Art Balmora but want a little more. And of course, you can use all three together.
(My private version includes quite a bit of a modified version of Concept Art Balmora, bits of Kilcunda, Atmospheric Balmora, Walled City of Balmora, and Princess Stomper's Balmora Ghetto, so that's a lot of ground to cover permission wise. And if even one of them is a no-go, I probably won't do a full release as having to remove all that stuff every time I want to release the mod publicly is more work than it's worth for me. However, if it ends up I can't release, I'll still add any interesting changes I make myself here. Still have to fully investigatethe permissions for Kilcunda's Balmora, Atmospheric Balmora, Concept Art Balmora.)
Credits & Usage:
Hargreth, who originally came up with the streetlight design in Walled City of Balmora.
Princess Stomper for the location of the water spout, and the idea of putting one there.
Darkelfguy for the idea of combining the larger Balmora mods in his video. Not quite there yet, but I doubt I would have started making this (or even Balmora Docks District, which benefited a lot from my prior work on this project) if I hadn't watched his video and saw how awesome Balmora could be. And yes, I watched all 41 minutes.
Just do whatever with my work. But it'd be cool if let me know.
