About this mod
When you have a good enough restoration, you can eliminate the effect of blind using Resist Magicka allowing you to equip the Boots of Blinding speed with no penalty. This work around does not work on NPCs so i have removed this effect to allow them to use it.

Removed the 100pt blind from Boots of Blinding Speed.
Purpose:
This is for those players who don't intend on using this item on their character. I would like my follower Calvus Horatius to use it and after attempting to raise his magicka resistance to 100% and equipping the boots, it seems the blind effect isn't negated.
