These are just few quick edits to the Pegas Horse Ranch 3.1 mod in order to make it work better.
"Stop Killing Me Bro" script edit
If you look at the comments of the original mod, you'll notice several people pointing out that if you go into the horse pen, all the NPCs on the ranch become hostile, with some of the suggestions being to try to sneak buy a horse without having the guards see you to get past this. It turns out it was the horses themselves calling an alarm on you, with a strange script in the set_stat portion of the mod that made it so if any of the horses focused on the player it set everybody into fight mode.
Removing this portion of the script fixed the problem. Now you can freely interact with the animals without them calling a bloodhunt on you - well, for your face at least.
Remiro's Groundcover patch
Super simple edit to remove all the floating grass that was burying the ranch. Replace his esp with mine and regenerate distant land.
