My headcanon is Dagoth Ur created this burger shop to be a front for spreading the divine disease through Corprus Burgers. Every time you order a burger, some ash servant slices a nice patty off some Lame Corprus, fresh as fresh can be.
That actually seems like something he would do -- maybe not in the form of a Whataburger®, but any tavern or inn that happened to serve meat. All it takes is one Dreamer on your staff to taint everyone's food with bits of Corprus tissue.
