very nice mod! I do not use RR boats as I find it not to my tastes, but mod works still very well without it.
Only some minor details if you use vanilla textures like me, the door of the sea hist needs to be a bit bigger (easily fixed by setting the scale a single point higher to 1.01 to avoid the small gap between the frame and the door.
The box over the door can be removed as well or simply moved a bit.
But besides two very very minor cosmetic issues, mod works perfectly.
Cool idea but in my opinion the landscape outside the walls of Ebonheart being severely underdetailed spoils it. In vanilla it doesn't really matter since chances are you wouldn't be taking a look at it, but with this mod some additional detail is absolutely essential.
