Ring of Atmospherancy v1.0
By SirCarcass

===Description===
This is a fairly simple ring that when equipped displays a menu with the available weather types.  It will permanently change
the weather of all regions except Red Mountain to the selected weather type.  If you wish to change the weather back to the defaults, simply
choose "Release Control" from the menu.  This uses the in-game weather system and doesn't add to or change that, beyond
changing the ratios the game uses to roll the next weather change.  You won't, for example, see snow on the ground of areas
that don't already have it.

The ring can be found in the water on the western bank of the river just outside the northern wall of Balmora.  If you can't/don't want to
find it or accidentally lose it, you can add it by opening the console and entering: player->additem atmospherancy_ring 1

Compatible with vanilla Morrowind and OpenMW.

===Installation===
Simply place the .esp file into your Data Files folder and enable it through the launcher.

===Un-installation===
If you decide to remove the mod, just be sure to use the ring and select "Release Control" or you'll be stuck with permanent
weather for whatever you selected last.  Otherwise, it should be safe to remove.

===Compatibility===
This should be compatible with almost everything. It could cause issues with any mod that uses the ModRegion command or changes
the default weather chances as it will overwrite those settings.

It will also change the weather in Mournhold to whatever you select, even during the "A Show of Power" quest.  I don't think it
would cause issues (other than your power over the weather rivaling that of the Dwemer machine), but it could possibly mess up something
so just to be safe you can avoid using the ring during this part of the quest.  If you're really worried about it or don't want to touch
the weather of Mournhold, I've created a version of the script that doesn't touch that region and released it as a separate download.
