Starfire's NPC Additions - Danae's Edit

NEWS

This mods is now superseeded by Friends And Foes that includes both Starfire's and Outlaws with major improvements to both.
- Starfire's npcs have more varied inventories
- Starfire's npcs appear more frequently on the roads
- Completed RandomPal's interior addons (all guilds and shops are now covered)

From Starfire's read me:
This mod aims to add npcs to various settlements and parts of the wilderness. It has the aim of adding NPC'S that
blend in and maintain the feel of vanilla morrowind and its expansions.

Common issues with Starfire's npc additions:
- fps tank in cities
- lost pack guars after a travelling merchant spawned
- orc's names are not lore-friendly enough
- vampires have no names
- random aggressive commoners
- crash when a mage teleports in town

Fixes included in all versions:

- all commoners are now friendly
- Included Abot's fix for the telportation bug
- Renamed all the orcs to Gro and Gra...
- Gave vampires of all races a name

Select the one you like:

With daytime npcs in most city exteriors and interiors : commoners, workers, nobles...
With vampires, thieves and assassins in most city exteriors during the night.
With pilgrims and traders with their pack guars on the roads.

Warnings
I have NOT renamed the files so that utilities such as MLOX and addons for SF-npc additions recognise the plugin and sort it as it would the Original Starfire.
I have not changed the spawn chance of npcs, so they are still low usually around 30%.

Installation
Using Wrye Mash / ModOrganizer: select the option you want, click install.
Manual: open the folder with your preferred option, drag the plugin into your Data Files folder

F.A.Q
1. Can we have some screenshots? No screenshots, no download!
No. Try and imagine what npcs in vanilla clothes and with vanilla faces look like.
2. If there are no daytime npcs, what's left?
Pilgrim on the roads and near temple, travelling traders on roads and towns.
Nightime npcs: vampires, thieves, rogues, assassins... (only the vampires are aggressive)
3. Whoa hang on, I don't want to fight vamps every time I go to Balmora at night!
They are super rare (2%)
