In vanilla, only the Ashlands, Molag Amur, and Red Mountain regions got any ashstorms. This mod gives all other regions a small chance of having ashstorms, (1-8% chance depending on region), so that it feels like you are actually on an active volcano whenever you are on Vvardenfell. (Regions like the Ascadian Isles only have a 1% chance of ash.)

This plugin increases the chances of Ashstorms happening in all regions of Vvardenfell that normally would never get any. Regions that normally do get ashstorms, like the Ashlands, Molag Amur, and Red Mountain regions are unaffected and there is no higher chance of ashstorms in those regions. There is now a chance of ashstorms in the Sheogorad region (8%), in the West Gash, Azura's Coast, and Grazelands regions (5% chance), and an extremely small chance in the Ascadian Isles and Bitter Coast (1% chance). In comparison, the Ashlands in vanilla have a 30% chance of ashstorms. I wanted to make it feel like you were on an active volcano even when you were in non-ashy regions of Vvardenfell while still maintaining the immersion and beauty by not having ashstorms too often in say the Ascadian Isles, which would then make it seem unlikely that it would be so green and fertile. So to summarize, there is now a small chance of ashstorms, everywhere on Vvardenfell, but less so in the more hospitable areas.
