Also, forgive me for my lack of knowledge in this matter. ^_^; But I wish to seek clarification on something I'm wondering about. Would this rock mod conflict with "Landscape Retexture" by Lougian (https://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/42575)? Or will this rock mod help or enhance that mod?

I don't know if you still need an answer, but this mod replaces the standard Azura Coast rock meshes with better ones that use RubberMan's own textures. So using this means you will no longer see the Azura Coast rock textures from Landscape Retexture ingame.
