Droppin it hawt
Changes Hitrate to 100% for both the player, NPC, and enemies using MWSE. This makes weapon skills obsolete, so keep that in mind.
Optional Changes Spell Cast Rate to 100%. Again, it's for both the player, NPC, and enemies. This makes magic skills useless.
Install Dump into Data Files folder
Why? Because the .esp one I downloaded wasn't consistent
