Adds the MK14 Mod 0 Enhanced Battle Rifle to Morrowind.

The weapon/ammo can be found the Tactical Morrowind Seyda Neen/Tactical Shooting Range crates.
I've also included an optional larger model you can use by replacing MK14.nif with MK14_ALTERNATE.nif
Replace the original Tactical Morrowind.ESP with this one. Besides adding the MK.14 Mod 0 EBR it also adds the missing ammuntion to the Seyda Neen crate.
