   Thank you, this works great. Surprised no one has commented. Instructions are easy. Download the latest Java for Windows and install it. Download this file patcher, then extract it. You'll get a folder with a .jar file and a translation.txt file. Simply copy the needed plugin into this folder that needs to be patched then run the .jar file. If Windows asks what program you wish to open it with, select Java. When it opens, use the top selection menu to open your plugin, then patch it. After, you'll get 2 plugins. The newly patched one for Tamriel_Data and the old one with a new extension called .BAK. Use the new plugin, you can either delete the .BAK one or save it somewhere else for later use.

      This isn't working for me. I have the latest Java and the file patcher is stuck at 0% when I run it.

      The exact same thing is happening to me. Just redownloaded Java 8, restarted my PC, put the plugin in the same folder, nada.
      
      Any idea about how to fix it? Any insights?

   doesn't work, just stays at 0% the whole time.
