This mode adjusts walk speed of all characters including player to be the same regardless of speed parameter. It was meant to allow more enjoyable companion experience.
Also adjusts run speed to be considerably faster. But I didn`t make running fatique-free cause I thougth it wouldn`t be immersive
Install: Drop plugin file to \Data Files directory, then activate it via launcher or mod manager
Uninstall: Delete plugin file from \Data Files directory
