About this mod

This is just a very simple player home in Vivec's Foreign Quarter Lower Waistworks.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
A Player Home is added to the Lower Waistworks of Vivec's Foreign Quarter. The home is called "Goran Manor", named after the previous owner, "Theo Goran". A Note from him is left on a Level 50 locked door and, when unlocked, the home becomes the player's home. 

Home Includes:
- Living Room
- Fireplace w/Log pile
- Two chairs next to fireplace
- Small round social table w/4 chairs
- 4 wallscreens separating walkway to closet and the rest of living room
- Random wall art
- Rug by fireplace

- Storage Closet
- 5 Chests with 500 Weight Encumbrance each
- Random wall art

- Bedroom
- 1 Bookshelf for display storage
- 1 Closet with 300 Weight Encumbrance
- 1 Chair next to Bookshelf
- 1 Full Bed w/ 2 Pillows
- 1 Small Chest w/ 50 Weight Encumbrance
- 2 Nightstands with candles, Colovian Helm, Blue Pot, and Book titled "On Morrowind"
- Weapon Stand above bed with Silver Claymore on display
- A lovely plant 
- 2 Wooden Barrels next to Closet with 50 Weight Encumbrance each
- Rugs
- Random wall art

- Kitchen/Dining Room
- Dining Table with Plates, Utensils, Bread and Crab Meat
- 4 Dining Room Chairs
- Two Shelves containing assorted Food, Booze, plates, jugs, and tankards
- Personal Lit Stove
- Wine Rack with every slot filled with Cyrodiilic Brandy
