      I would say, off the top of my head, this gets installed last, because what you install last overwrites what came before it. If you go to the trouble of downloading this mod, one assumes you want what this mod offers. Thus, you install this last after Corrected Meshes and MOP.

   The smoothed velothi column meshes cause mesh seams due to the rest of the tileset not being smoothed. AFAIK there's no smoothed mesh replacer out there, so this makes those meshes kind of pointless...
