Does not work for me -- OpenMW 46. I got save file right before joining Legion, I was trying apply mod before joining and after -- does not work. I also used similar mod from Russian forum, same result. Last year I was playing on Windows 7 on original Morrowind engine and Russian plugin worked.
If you got same problem, %PCName, I found a solution -- Imperial Legion Badge mod. You need: 1. Read notice at the Madach door at Gnisis 2. Ask general Darius about Badge and you will get it.
