Adds the topic "Move Along" to every NPC in game, TR and any mod. Once you have spoken to a guard the topic will appear for all NPC's. This gives the player the ability to ask the NPC to move if they are in your way - If the NPC is a follower they will simply move a little and then re-follow after a few seconds. You don't have to use the topic when a guard has it, you can just ignore it and it will still work.
Caution: Asking an NPC to "move along" will stop any wander functions after. Asking guards to move for instance isn't advised. This was meant for those dumb followers that block your path.
