Rollies v1.1

Portable bedrolls with limited uses

Summery:
Adds portable bedrolls to traders and bandit loot.

Commentary:
I made this because I'm running "No Rest Without Beds" by Kaedius
and "Tejón's Fatigue Effects - Sleep!" And a few other light weight
needs mods, nothing too hard core.

Why install mods to make things harder and make a mod to make it
easier you may ask? Well just because it makes it a little more
interesting. My bedrolls cost money, have weight, and limited
number of uses. So you still have use them wisely.

Limited uses is more a game balance mechanic then realism, like
repair hammers. I've broken many a real life hammer in my time
and I can say Morrowind's hammers break way too easy.

Using the Beds:

There are 3 tiers of bedrolls available with different textures

Cheap Bedroll
Weight: 10
Value: 10
Uses: 5

Standard Bedroll
Weight: 8
Value: 20
Uses: 10

Quality Bedroll
Weight: 5
Value: 50
Uses: 15

To use a bedroll drop it from inventory, close menu mode, and
activate.

It will bring up the sleep menu.

If you choose REST you will sleep and it will display a message
box with number of uses left.

If you choose CANCEL nothing happens.

To pick it back up you must be in inventory menu mode.

*Quality of Life Update to v1.1:
Now equipping the bedrolls will display number of uses left

Finding the Bedrolls:

I gave one cheap bedroll to Arrille in Seyda Neen for barter so
you can at least start out with one.

The rest are in a new random leveled list added to trader chests
and the bandit loot leveled list. So they are everywhere but not
too common.

Bandit loot has possible cheap or standard.
Traders can have cheap, standard, or quality.
