This has been immensely useful in the short time I've been using it. It even enhances other mods. Stripping naked to wash, bundling up for cold weather, dressing to perform at an inn, putting on appropriate wear for official business or suiting up for combat, all with the press of a key! This is something to slip into every Morrowind install, it's just too convenient not to.
I was just about to jump into the ocean to fish something up for a quest, and was thinking, "I really don't wanna get my armor all wet, but I don't wanna mess with all these armor slots dressing/undressing either... has anyone made a hotkey for this?"
This is a very useful mod as it removes the hassle of re-equipping constant effect rings/belts/amulets after equipping another a cast when used ring. However, there is the issue of the mod not saving the second ring in the loadout. I have to go into the inventory and put on the second ring I want to use when I switch loadouts.
Actually, there is this modder from discord, Ohayo, who altered the script a little so that all equipped rings can be saved in a loadout. Here is the link to his script. And in case you need the invitation link, to the Morrowind Modding Community discord server.
Does this support / will support equipping bounded equipment too? I'm playing as a mage and mostly use bounded armor so I'd be nice if that is covered. Thank you.
Great mod, does what it says and works smoothly. Ability to switch outfits with the press of a button adds more to the game than perhaps expected at first glance. It doesn't seem to recognize ashfall backpacks though. I've added a 10 agility drain on them (mentioned it a while back on discord.) so it would be great to have a hotkey to unequip them. Also it doesn't seem to always recognize different custom enchanted rings setups.
Still highly recommended. Thanks for a great mod.
edit:
The backpacks do show up in the loadout list under 'clothing' in the mod config.
Every now and then I will CTD upon selecting a loadout, not sure how to trouble shoot this, it may not be this mod but a conflict, but it only happens when I select a new loadout. Is there a recommended load order?
Hmm, can you tell me what your settings and equipment are for that loadout? Can you experiment and see if any particular setting or equipment slot is triggering it?
Well I'm afraid I can't find any particular pattern, so that's just one of those things - unless it's related to this other thing I have: often, but not always, when I select a a loadout, I see the bottom left notification of what weapon has been equippied but the hands are shown empty; if I select the same load out again, the hands now have the weapon in them. It's no biggie, I just press twice and there i am:)
The only thing I noticed is that if you have the MCP option to wear an additional ring it only saves one ring in the loadout. Any way to add that second ring in too? :)
This mod is definitely useful for werewolves (not that it wouldn't be for other players, but it's especially useful for werewolves) because it saves you the time of haven't to reequip all your stuff each time you change back.

Ever thought to make it further and make full hotkey mod? The one we have so far is bugged (More QuickKeys).
Can't wait for that one.
