Compatible with Seyda Neen Harbor (the only minor issue would be barrels blocking the path to one wooden plank, but it looks as if ppl were transporting the crates and just left them there), so I'd say 100% compatible.
Also, almost compatible with Vvardenfell Expanded - Seyda Neen Slums (the one issue I found was the rowboat decoration behind the fisherman's shack traversing the street lamp).
Very nice!!! It is a module as I like them, simple but that adds a lot to the game and changes the atmosphere of this "dead" city. Are you planning to do other cities?

It is a module as I like them, simple but that adds a lot to the game and changes the atmosphere of this "dead" city.

The only thing i don't like is all the paper everywhere.
Also Fargoth gets stuck in on one of the containers.
