Version 1.0
Initial release
I don't know how to explain this. The mod is small but the idea got much bigger in scope than it should have. The original version of this mod, something I made about 6 years ago for personal enjoyment, was inspired by my frustration with Reflect being on what felt like half of the monsters in the game. Most of the original changes were made to do a few things: bringing obnoxious monsters down to size (Goblin weapons shouldn't hit harder than Daedric), and fix how sucky Medium Armor is. Now there's a lot more going on. The Readme will explain it in slow and methodical detail. Most of the changes are things most people wouldn't notice without being told about.

Compatibility notes: I tried to make this patch work cleanly with Patch for Purists. I'm pretty sure there won't be any conflicts. I have noticed some weird interaction when using this mod with OpenMW where the changes to spell effect costs only apply to custom-created spells. I don't know of any solution yet, except maybe if I manually recalculated all of the spell costs myself. This does not seem worth the effort, so instead I will wait until the OpenMW team finds the time/value in incorporating this minor feature. The rest of the mod's features should work properly since they are less complicated. Any mod which adds new items derived from the ones I edited will be slightly out of place, but not unplayable.
