This is a house that you can buy. its in Balmora and its in the far east of the town.. by the riverside and next to one of the guard towers... the house costs 10,000 gold you must talk to the dark elf that is selling the house.. you will find him on the roof of the house.
The house is more aimed at the alchemist type filled with a sense of magic.. this little comfortable house is great for any magic use that is ready to study the fine arts..
