Adds dunmer concept art around vvardenfell on the velothi buildings and temples in various locations as can be seen in some of bethesda's own concept art for Morrowind. Mostly in vivec city plaza's but also in a few obscure places as well.
Also adds some minimal Imperial decor to Caldera, Shenk's Shovel.
