This looks awesome! But, one of the models still has the vanilla head with the Mackom texture, is that the way it's supposed to look? At first I didn't notice until I turned the model to the side and saw the difference.
You're doing great work! You seem to have found a good method for getting these heads onto different creatures. May I ask about how you're making these mods? There's a lot of humanoid creatures in the game - Dwemer spectres and Almalexia are in dire need of MacKom heads, for instance - and I'd be interested in contributing to the effort.
