    So, planned update inclused:
    - tracking down more deprecated assets from TR
    - integrating OAAB assets
    - add option to not have bandits in front of caves

    EDIT: my update of Outlaws has blown out of proportions, the whole mod is being re-worked
    - only vanilla assets (including faces)
    - max drop quality is orcish
    - full Starfire integration including an expansion on RandomPal's shop addon and Tamriel Rebuilt
    - Inventories of all  6k+ npcs re-worked to be varied, ba;anced and consistant with their class and gender
    - further impovement on Partners scripts.

    Nice! Now Morrowind's roads don't feel so empty, and have all sorts of... 'interesting' characters hanging around them, lol.

    hey, i updated TR and when activating outlawsTR i get fallowing errors:

    Unable to locate object 'T_Dwe_Scavenged_Helm_01' in Leveled Item 'aa_HELM_H_best'.
    Unable to locate object 'T_Dwe_Scavenged_Cuirass_01' in Leveled Item 'aa_CUIR_H_best'.

      That's normal, Outlaws is an old mod made for older TR.
      Friends and Foes is basically Outlaws but I am still updating it, including with the latest TR.

    Do the npc's added in this mod respawn when killed?

      Yes and no.
      Since they are levelled lists, they re-sapwn like any vanilla levelled lists.
      However, the chance to spawn is less than 10%, so you will NOT find an Outlaws every time you walk down any given road.

      I'd recommend using Friends and Foes, that expands on and improves Outlaws since I do not supportor develop Outlaws anymore.

    Some of the outlaws I've encountered are having the yellow "!" boxes of doom, and when looting the icons for some items show up as pink squares. I've checked my files and it looks like everything's in the right spot, I'm not sure what's going on.

      Tamriel_Data has been updated since Outlaws, so it might be deprecated items.
      Did you get the ID of the faulty item? Outlaws does not add items, only uses those from TR and Helluva, both mods having had updated recently.

      I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that it's the Reachman's War Axe you are referring to.
      Now if you look at the file "translations.txt" included in the FilePatcher which is a part of the download for Tamriel Data you'll see;
      sky_reachmen_war_axe_01:T_Rea_Regular_WarAxe_01
      and that's more than likely your issue.

      So please run the filepatcher.jar whenever there is an update to Tamriel Data.

      Or better still move on to Danae's "Friends & Foes" as
      1. Outlaws is rolled into it AND
      2. Outlaws will probably receive less attention other than "game breaking bug fixes" because Friends & Foes is its natural successor.

    Any chance for making bands of bandits configurable? They seem to be respawning often and in a very repetitive way, in front of same caverns. E.g. they seem to spawn every time I pass the cavern between Balmora and Pelagiad. It would be nice if I could disable them while leaving highwaymen and the rest.

      I am limited with that, Morrowind will respawn levelled creatures/npcs as soom as you come back to a cell. To alleviate this, I have given very  low spawn chances so you do not find Outlaws every time you walk past a cave or walk on a bridge.

      I will add the option to disable them as well if possible.

      Do you get the full 4 outlaws in front of caves?

      I'd have to double check but I think it varies. Sometimes I get one, sometimes 4.

    Sorry if i'm rude, but is it the kind of mod where leveled ennemies can have full glass/daedric loot at a certain level ?

      You can talk to any guard to remove anything you don't like, including top-tier gear drops :)

      Update in the works though, I want to re-work the drops, most likely drop out high-end stuff altogether and include OAAB assets
