This mod adds a new cozy shack near Balmora. It is very simple and even minimalistic because I made it for myself and I don't like grotesque, large houses that usually can be seen on Nexus. The shack is seized by skooma dealers now and you can take it if you want. I tried to make it as much lore-friendly and suitable as possible. Cleaned in TESAME.
