Removed rocks covering door north or balmora
Removed trees sticking out of buildings
Fixed terrain tear north of Balmora
Fixed slightly blocked door on south of Balmora
Leveled a Tree sticking in air

working rebirth and balmora expansion
--this includes an addon for an alchemy merchant in balmora, has all alchemy crafting materials. If requested, I will upload a version with the merchant removed.

This is just a patch file, which works, if you have both original mods. It will also allow access to zins underground, if you install that mod near the temple, and in the streets.

-I will be uploading soon a better version, there are some issues
