Hey bud, those pesky trees that seem to be immovable are actually trees added by Vurt's ESP, you can open that esp up and move them outta your way :) Best lookin overhaul for Molag Mar BY FAR thank you for this

This is a neat town expansion - very nice designs. Lots of detail made it interesting to explore.
There's a lot of little quality issues when you walk around which distract from the otherwise good details. I compiled a couple of the more common things I found in this album: https://imgur.com/a/GulPVCX. The extra detail taxed my poor laptop, halving my FPS in the area; but that's an issue with many mods which add details to towns.
Love the idea for the mod, what a beautiful Molag Mar overhaul!
But I seem to be having some small with the mod, specifically: there are still a few floating items and clipping issues.
Also, this is a personal opinion, but the Warehouse would never exist like that. There's nothing underneath it to support it - that building would collapse the second you enter the door :p
one request if i may. i don't use vurts ashland overhaul, especially not the version with the very branchy trees. your mod adds those branchy trees though and they don't really fit in with the non-branchy normal style iof dead tree you see in the rest of the ashlands.
could you make a version that only uses vanilla ashtrees?
