Isn't it a bit silly that each of the Great Houses has these big vaults in Vivec, but literally no one is allowed to take anything out of them? Even the leader of the Great House will get charged with theft and expelled from the faction if he tries taking something from his own vault while the ordinators are looking. Hell, according to the CS, most of the stuff in these vaults is owned by the ordinators themselves, which really makes no sense whatsoever.

With this mod, you no longer have to worry about using exploits to peruse your own vault. Once you reach the rank of Archmaster for Redoran, Archmagister for Telvanni, or Grandmaster for Hlaalu, you'll be allowed to take whatever items that you want from your own faction's vault; who better to decide how to appropriate the faction's funds and treasures than the god damn actual leader of the faction?

The doors to the vaults will still be locked (as will some of the chests), but you can get the keys by speaking to the faction's treasurer within the vaults (this will be Beldrose Dralor for Redoran, Baren Alen for Hlaalu, and a newly added NPC named Drelis Serven for Telvanni). Of course, your rank still needs to be maxed out to get a key from them, otherwise they'll just tell you to piss off.

The Telvanni Vault normally has two Storm Atronachs inside to ward off looters, but I've added a script to them that disables them if you enter the cell as Archmagister.
