Better Mournhold Vurt version

This mod offers improvements to the Temple Courtyard, Plaza Brindisi Dorom, as well as various changes to the Grand Bazaar and Godsreach.
New in version 3.5:
- Vanilla trees have been replaced with Vurt tree models.
- Dead trees during the ash storm.
- Various new additions and improvements to the city.
- Light animations to the top of the columns located in the Temple Courtyard and in a plaza Brindisi Dorom is now is optional.
