DB assassins will attack you only when the Morrowind Main Quest has been completed.

A very old mod of mine, a very simple fix with which you will get attacked by the Dark Brotherhood assassins only when the Morrowind Main Quest has been completed.

"Dark Brotherhood Attacks Fixed" will obviously conflict (other than with the same kind of mods) with any mod that requires to travel to Mournhold during the MW main quest (e.g. Julan), this esp is a sort of patch.
It adds a NPC in Ebonheart that can transport you to MH. Not for free though!
You can find him near the dragon statue.
So in combination with DBA Fixed you can visit MH without being attacked by those assassins.
There are a couple restrictions however. During MW main quest, in MH:
1) You won't be allowed to begin Tribunal main quest and 2) you won't be allowed to enter the Dark Brotherhood hideout.
