Fixes the "Meshes/f/Flora_tree_BM_snow_01.nif" tex not found "texture/landscape/treepineforestbarkcompsnow_n.dds" error message.

The file will fix the error created by Vurts Solstheim Tree Replacer II
"Meshes/f/Flora_tree_BM_snow_01.nif" tex not found "texture/landscape/treepineforestbarkcompsnow_n.dds"
when entering Solstheim
The file only includes a mesh as the texture doesn't exist
This should both fix the pastebin and S.T.E.P / STEP version.
I received the following error
"Meshes/f/Flora_tree_BM_snow_01.nif" tex not found "texture/landscape/treepineforestbarkcompsnow_n.dds"
and went for a quick search online, I came across this post: https://www.reddit.com/r/Morrowind/comments/5i92mw/morrowind_modding_missing_texture/
and quickly learned that there were no "easy" download to fix it, so i literally did as they said and made it myself.
