The mod adds a small section near the bunk bed area of Balmora's Mages' Guild where the player can store loot or sleep. I like having the guild marked for the recall spell and so I wanted it a little bit more cozy and with more storage space.
The closet has been moved so if you have any items stored there, you should remove them before installing this .esp.
The containers added are the vanilla ones and thus have the default weight limits, unless you have a mod that changes this. The drawer is 300, same as the closet, chests are 200, sacks, barrel, and basket are 50, small chests are 25. I could've made them more or less limitless but I didn't want to be a hoarder.
The mod requires Bloodmoon and Tribunal to be active because the Construction Set is bugged and makes unwanted changes when you make a mod with only Morrowind.esm active.
As for permissions, I don't really care what you do with this file.
