Enables PC -> NPC disease transmission.

In the vanilla game, both PC and NPCs could contract diseases from NPCs, yet the Player character was the only one who couldn't infect others with their diseases.
With this mod, the game mechanic in question becomes available for you too, using the same formulas the other actors do. Infect your foes with all manner of afflictions*, from the tame Ataxia to the debilitating Black-Heart Blight!
*for balancing purposes, as well as not to make the mod overly complex, you can't properly infect your enemies with Vampirism, Corprus and Lycanthropy.

The latest development version of MWSE 2.1
MWSE 2.1-dev requires MGE XE 0.10 or higher!
