    Read below if you have issues in OpenMW:

    For some reason I keep getting the message that I must update my MWSE. I am using the newest version that updated within the last month or so. Now the MG NPCs are not wearing the robes but the Starfire's NPCs still seem to use them.

      Thanks, I'll send it to you later after I get back to my other PC. The message is "Mages Robes Integration requires a newer version of MWSE. Please run MWSE-Update.exe"

      Crap! I just realized I was running the older version of the mod. I stopped playing last year and just started again. I'm d/ling and updating the mod now. That is probably the issue I am having. Sorry about that, I was sure I had updated the mod on both my computers.

      I'll let you know if I still have problems after the update is running.
      OK! Got it running again and all the Mages are properly robed and looking right again. Sorry about that, I just pulled a noob screw-up.

    Really nice models/textures. Would be great if there were unenchanted versions of the robes available at the provisioner as well so as to let the player use them for custom enchants.

    Hi,

    I just updated MGE XE, MWSE and then this mod, including the auto-update for mod-added MG personel, but all mod-added MG personel are still wearing standard clothing, not the robes from this mod; for clarification, I am only using TR. I have noticed that the changes do take affect on new games however. Am I doing something wrong, or does the auto-update not work for pre-existing saves?

      Make sure you have updated your MWSE using the MWSE-Update.exe. The patcher should still work on existing saves - I have tested. Check your MWSE.log file in your Morrowind directory and send me the results.

      I have a similar problem but i don't use TR and nobody wears the new robe. Like a year ago i installed (manually) this mod, but it was like didn't work at all, and suddenly some months ago i found a Master Robe (i don't remember if i needed to kill a rogue mague or if was just in some random place) this is because i still kept the ESP activated during all those months. THEN i tried to install it again because of the new MWSE PATCH, didn't work, neither using MWSE-Update), btw i don't get any lines related to your mod in the MWSE.log.
      -I'm using an spanish translation mod. So i think that's the biggest problem, even if i somehow managed to properly run this mod there will be problems with the dialogue options i think.

      I just tested the MWSE add-on and it still works fine. I can't offer any support for translations of my mod, sorry. You'll have to talk to the translator.

    So none of the robes have enchantments and other robes such as "Robe of Eru Dur the Wise" have no enchantments, has there been anyone else with this problem?

      I have never heard of that issue... I'm at a loss as to what could be causing it too. Though it sounds like it is on your end. Perhaps you tried uninstalling MCP recently or something? Are you sure the enchantments aren't there on any robes (do other item types have enchantments?) or that you just don't see them?

    Hi, I have tried to use "coc" commands to leave the cave, but I now am permanently unable to use teleportation magic. Would you know a fix to this problem? Is there a way to restore my ability to use teleport? Thank you

    Hello, I am stuck in the arch Mage robes cave. I have found the teleportation scroll, however I cannot pick it up. Pressing space makes the name box disappear for one frame but it just reappears and the Scrolls stays on the ground. Please advise. Thank you

      Are you playing in OpenMW or the vanilla engine? Do you have the latest version of this mod installed? Any error messages in your warnings.txt?

      Vanilla. Latest version.

      Warnings.txt reads as follows:

      "Texture "Textures\_land_default.tga" count 3.
      Texture "Textures\menu_thick_border_bottom_right_corner.dds" count 2."

    I'm currently translating this mod to Russian language and having trouble with figuring out if I done everything correctly. Could you please tell me when topic about archmages robe is added besides the command from "mg_script_replace_vivec", that executed only if you complete mages guild?

      Hi Fensis, you should also be able to get the topic if you talk to Trebonius about "member of the mages guild".

    I have a problem . When i enter on MW appears a message "Unable to locate object 'J_runed_robe_01 in Leveled item '_random_robes_03" . I think i didn;t install correctly this mod and i have no idea how to fix it . Pls help.

      This mod does not add a robe or leveled list by those names. A different mod is causing your error.

      Make sure to not install the non-MWSE .esp files unless you have the mods they are for. If you are using one of those without its mod then this mod will look for files in the other mod and not find them.

    It would appear there is no way to leave Vardarai (for the arch-mage's robes quest); teleportation out is disabled and using tfow would suggest that there are no exits. How do you leave?

      None of these seem to directly conflict. Can you confirm you're using the latest version of Mage Robes and then try adding the topic via the console? "addtopic "Arch-mage's robe""
